Rights and permissions

I own the master rights of this track, or act on behalf of the company that owns them, and I grant Midnight Sounds a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, broadcast, stream and promote it, use it in videos, and claim and monetize it on YouTube and SoundCloud, across its website, SoundCloud, YouTube and social media.

I’m legally able to grant this license, the track contains no third-party material that would prevent it, and I’ll cover Midnight Sounds against any claim if that turns out not to be true.

I have whitelisted the Midnight Sounds SoundCloud account (@midnight-sounds-radio) in my distributor.

I have whitelisted the Midnight Sounds YouTube channel (@midnight-sounds) for Content ID.
